Is the Peregrine Productions store a Secure online store?
Absolutely. Payments are processed using PayPal. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry about paying people you don't know.
Do I need to have a PayPal account to buy your DVDs?
No, in most cases, you can make a purchase with out having a PayPal account of your own.

Most Domestic orders ship within 2-3 business days via USPS
What is the Handling fee?
This is cost of packaging supplies used to ship your order, primarily the box.
When do products ship after I place my order?
Your order will ship within 48 hours of payment confirmation.
How does the Peregrine Productions Store calculate shipping and handling costs?
We calculate shipping costs directly through the United States Postal Service (USPS). All shipping costs are quoted directly through USPS using their online shipping calculations based on weight and zip code.
Are there any limits to your shipping destinations?
The Peregrine Productions Store shipments are limited to the United States. We will notify you if your order is unable to be completed because of these limitations.
